Inspiring my clients and colleagues to be stronger, more authentic, and more understanding is key to success – this is what I strive for in every interaction. I challenge myself and others to look at the entire picture with all its complexities before solutioning. My experiences in following models of excellence, knowing the right questions to ask, and knowing when to observe and listen are key to my success.

In each journey, I’m prepared to find a way through despite any obstacles. In those times of navigating stormy seas, I’ve learned the most about myself and trusted confidants. I seek to inspire others by challenging the status quo, just as I am inspired by those who live bravely, full of sonder. With time, energy and a suitable environment, nearly anything can change beyond its current shape.

The beauty I find in human-centered design comes from exploring others’ journeys and goals, seeing their challenges, and finding ways to make things better. Observing someone explore a product in reality often conflicts with assumed expectations – this is the beauty of the human experience. It is raw, uncensored, vulnerable, often highly habitual, fueled by emotions experienced in predictable and unpredictable ways. We are all multi-faceted, dynamic and beautiful... capable of making the impossible possible... one improved experience at a time.
