With over 27 years of experience in the human-centered design world - visual communication, user experience, UI design, instructional design, cognitive design - with a deep calling to truly listen and understand, feel and be present, and mentor and coach others wherever I go.

My background started in graphic design and commercial arts, shifting and growing into web design and development, then into practicing and refining everything I can possibly learn around putting a product or service's users at the forefront of what the team must follow to have any chance of success. Attempting to understand another's motivations, desires, fears, needs - the very human side of us all - is the undercurrent that brews beneath the surface - making psychology, human history and patterns of behavior endlessly fascinating to me.
